It will also give you the opportunity to make any corrections to the home before it makes it to the table on closing day and your scrambling to make corrections and repairs.CLOSING WALK THROUGH
BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN TO SIGN THE DOTTED LINE AND CLOSE THE DEAL. LET'S DO ONE FINAL WALK THROUGH TOGETHER. DURING THIS WALK THROUGH WE WILL CHECK TO ENSURE YOUR REQUEST FOR REPAIRS WERRE COMPLETED TO YOUR LIKING AND STANDARDS OF PRACTICE.

Starting at $400
A General Home Inspection starts at $400 on any home under 2,000 Square Feet.

Greater than 2,000 Square Feet
If your home is greater than 2,000 Square Feet but less than 4,500 Square Feet the fee is $550

Greater than 4,500 Square Feet
If your home is greater than 4,500 Square Feet the fee is $800

Closing Walk Through
Closing walk through is an add on service. The fee for Closing Walk Through is $150
